REVEL Dance Convention hosts a week-long dance event called Summer Dance Fest, where dancers can register for one of the following intensives – a contemporary/ballet track, jazz/hip hop track, tap track OR they can register for all three tracks. Each track is two days with a total of 14 classes, showcase and various seminars. Faculty will consist of several Revel educators, as well as guest faculty from the dance industry. Genesis, XLR8 and moov are three individual tracks within Summer Dance Fest. Dancers can choose to participate in one track, two tracks or all three tracks. Each track for the intermediate and advanced rooms is two days with a total of 14 classes, performance showcase, and various seminars. The beginner room offers fewer classes. The pricing above is for each track and the discount fee deadline is 30 days prior the track start date.
Each track within Summer Dance Fest will host an improv and performance showcase at the end of the first day. Participating dancers may elect to perform a solo or improvisation in front of select faculty for live feedback and scholarship opportunities. There is no discount deadline fee.
