What You’ll Do

Position Summary

As an Event Experience Representative, you’ll support our dance studio clients by:

• Finalizing registrations and guiding studios through the process from start to finish
• Responding to customer service emails and phone calls in a timely manner
• Sending promotional, informational, and follow-up emails
• Supporting sales initiatives to help bring studios to our events
• Ensuring studios receive timely, accurate information
• Staying on top of deadlines, timelines, and follow-through

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Finalize and support dance studios with registrations
• Send out event related emails such as promotional marketing, general correspondence, event updates and follow-ups
• Assist with any questions related to registrations, events, etc.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails regarding events
• Help support sales initiatives to convince dance studios to attend events
• Will also perform other duties as assigned.

Travel and Availability

This is a remote position, travel would be minimal. On rare occasions, we may require
assistance at specific events due to company needs, but only after all other options have
been explored. We also appreciate full team participation at our Nationals event in July, if
the employee is available and willing to travel.

• Strong customer service experience with the ability to diffuse difficult situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic software experience preferred
• Personable, reliable, and responsive

Compensation Range

Compensation is competitive and aligned with experience, expertise, and scope of responsibility.  Compensation starts at $23.00/ hour.
